seven year ago today, the September equinox, i climbed to the to the top of Mt. Whitney. not quite, but very near my 65th birthday. it was harder that i expected.

PTSC's climb has been harder than i expected, too. and, it has been much longer that seven years. The mountains have been many and difficult. but with a settlement, the summit has been reached.

with a settlement with HTC, instead of the stock being 7 cents, it will be 14 cents. and more companies will settle and the stock price will rise, and lo and behold, Christmas comes early! a dividend before the year-end.

or, we can go for a jury trial. we can win a jury trial. and no one on this board knows the numbers for a possible settlement, or even the numbers that could come from a winning jury decision. but, HTC will appeal a jury loss by them no matter the numbers, and it will be at least 18 months before that appeal will be settled. eighteen months, no more settlements, no dividends, and you truly will see a 7 cent or less share price.
