I just hope PTSC can do to HTC what my 'Quips from Aliquippa have done to the WPIAL AA 5 out of the last 12 years!

PTSC Shareholders will likely only benefit if we WIN in court. History tells us as much, and there is nothing that suggests anything would change with an out of court settlement. Maybe a $50M settlement would help, but without a VERDICT OF INFRINGEMENT, I fear even a GREAT settlement with HTC at this point would simply allow the next batch of infringers to reset the litigation clock and start the process over again! Kind of like a PEZ dispenser. Settle with the top infringer and the system reloads with another one right behind them that will delay and maneuver through the court process in order to string PTSC/TPL along.

That process may help the Leckrones and Flowers of the world keep their existence justified and the supply line full enough to cover them, but it doesn't help PTSC shareholders. But also they gotta believe that a litigated WIN, certianly would help Leckrones and our BOD to a much greater extent than milking their monthly and quarterly pounds of flesh of the MMP. I would hope they are ALSO at the point where they either want to fish or cut bait (I like the " " or get of the pot version better, but keeping it clean here), and determine if they're really going to be successful people or not.

TIME TO BATTLE! Either we've got the goods and the lawyers who can convince a jury of that, or we don't have the goods or the lawyers who can do so. We've been told we do! Time to prove it and let the chips fall where they may!
