ITC initial ID was rule on 337 voilation, no clear cut details on infringment aspect. That's why I couldn't get a cleat picture on this. Since the Initial ID was pubished and Final ID won't be possible (we are still waiting an appeal to be filed) within 14 days from the first payment date, this add another thing into the complexity.
