The question that I asked MR O was if we win the summary determination would this be the impetus for the companies to start settling. He said if it was him on the otherside yes and no. His explanation was some of the companies in the ITC don't owe us that much on the otherhand hell no I wouldn't settle when you are asking for 9 digits but this is what we want. Paraphrasing from memory.
