I am not sure how they could throw numbers around unless they had some specific infringers in mind...all infringment is not the same as the products that may infringe are not the same - nor are the size of the companies that infringe.

Also, the "couple" of companies in mind could be large and small. How do we no which bucket this may fit into (i.e. big / small bucket)?
