Question. Why would kyocera be the first to settle???? Qualcomm wireless was purchased by kyocera corp in 2000 and kyocera wireless was formed, later purchasing other companies. Kyocera wireless as I see it, uses qualcomm snapdragon which is an ARM core. Somewhere a standard is being set here. As I see it arm arm arm, which if so, means much settlement money coming. precedent is being set!
