It seems to me, that if the settlement numbers actually are of the amount that your memory from the conversation with Mr O recalls, I think PTSC would specifically want to make that known to any other potential fence sitting infringers in the litigation.

That's a HUGE amount of money, so I disagree with your logic; I strongly believe it would strengthen PTSC's negotiating position for the other infringers to know that the settlement amount for a single license was for such a gargantuan number.

IMO .. If the number was anywhere near that large, all the others would be signing a license within the next 48 hours.
