It's the opinion of the majority of the all the shares voted too, otherwise they would have voted "For", and not "Withheld" their votes.

LOL, since you had such difficulty understanding the message sent & delivered from the votes on the proxy, you'll never be able to grasp the reason why I still hold some investment here.
