You state, as if fact:

"THIS BOD HAS NO MANDATE, NO CONFIDENCE, NO TRUST, AND NO SUPPORT."

Perhaps that is YOUR opinion, and that of some/many others. But your opinion is not universal. And, again, why is it you remain invested?
