You are simply writing a creative statement to try to cover and defend yourself, and using the article link in an effort to associate yourself with some sort of credibility.

Why not simply admit that your original statement regarding how "dislike"ing something is not reason enough to create a formal Policy, was wrong ?

Once again, "dislike" of an "Activity, Behavior or Objective" IS enough to create a "Policy" which guards against such results.
