I am not aware of any references to how the Hexagon DSP is clocked and believe you would be required to sign an NDA to be able to have access to that info. I certainly wasn't attempting to prove infringement, only suggesting that there may be more than just one processor to look at.

And what led me to think along those lines is the fact that we want TI to testify about the operation of OMAP and the Audio Codec. That info is in one of the filings. Here too we seem to be talking a specific application, which may be clocked differently than most operations.
