I may have this all wrong but remember Gildea allowed Garmin's argument about not allowing us to show proof of a Domestic Industry prior to the 2009 re-exam because the claims changed with that exam. If we can only show proof of a domestic industry from 2009 forward, then I hope there is enough there to satisfy this requirement.
