The DI issue does not seem clear cut in our favor after reading the order denying our request to allow us to depend on PDS and Patriot. Personally, I can deal with the Judge's decision on the "entire" limitation, but for our side to not include the millions spent by PDS and Patriot on legal fees over the years to establish DI is ridiculous. Why? We don't want the Respondents looking at our books to show how little we're licensing the MMP for? Or? Or? Or?
