Final ID due September 6, 2013 Target Date January 6, 2014 . Is this 4 month lag time a part of the ITC Rules of Engagement? It seems a shame to lose the possibility of blocking imports for the holiday season. Also, does the ITC ruling typically block not just importation but also sale of already imported infringing products?
