Order 36 Shortening Response times

Respondents filed two motions

1.To strike portions of Complainants' opposition to, and a motion for leave to file a reply in support of, Respondents' motion for summary determination (docket 853-045)

2. To strike the supplemental expert report of Dr. Oklobdzija (docket 853-046)

Both motions request for shortened response time and expedited treatment

In light of advanced stages of this investigation, the ALJ finds that shortened response times to these motions are appropriate.

With respect to 1 (above) responses shall be filed by COB May 8

With respect to 2 (above) response shall be filed by COB May 3
