Jim addressed that at the shm, basically the term "entire ring oscillator variable speed clock" also infringes on the MMP. IMHO the chances of the ALJ ruling against us is slim, may happen but not likely, if it does Agilant will appeal and I think with the 50 Page proof of why the last claim also infringes on the MMP.
