I agree if we lose at the ITC the panel of 6 "appeal" does not look good, and it then becomes persuasive authority in noerthern california, which is also not good. So lets hope it works out. I'm also looking for clarification in the ITC Markman. Did Jim Otteson feel we did well in the Markman decision at the ITC?
