Sometimes you have to put two and three together in these deals and even then it doesn't equal five because two was a negative number. We have that here and I think one thing that is intriguing is that TPL owes Otteson 900k from his work on previous non MMP work. I don't believe his(Dans) other portfolio holds a candle to the potential that the MMP can deliver. This is Ottesons big bet as well as ours. It will cement him in the class of slayer best class and also will make him extremely wealthy but he probably has already achieved wealth and secured his family so I would guess this is about being the best. His firm is made up of attys that worked for the big boys they know all the SOPs. The negative two is its a corrupt world out there! GL
