You seem to forget that there was a old pending motion to stay the ITC proceeding until ownership of MMP was clarified. That motion only recently denied as moot.

You would have preferred the Moore/TPL litigation continue? Do you believe $125K from PTSC and $125K from TPL is too much to pay for peace? Would you prefer Witness Moore still be battling TPL?
