The 10q says, it's a consulting fee EITHER four years 250k/year or until ALL of the current MMP litigation has ended. Not that much related to the multi millions Moore demanded from TPL. My guess is there might be a kind of incentive for Moore when the MMP litigation has come to a positive end. GLTY
