Does it make sense to say you can't reverse stay actions because you have counterclaims... you must have filed suit therefore it has a case number?

I meant the above to include the word "reverse" in my previous post. Probably does not mean anything to you. So why don't you just give me that refresher course on basics. Maybe, you should pay attention to the the basics yourself as you have been wrong or confused your self concerning developments recently. I know....it is not your area of expertise.
