The document can be found in 5:13BK51589. I do not have a copy. I assume that the Judge Grewal is taking the normal course of action so as not to complicate anything over at the Bankruptcy court. Again, I assume that the Bankruptcy court could inform Judge Grewal that there is no problem keeping the case on its present schedule and that is what we are asking the Bankruptcy court to do.
