For now, PTSC's future is fully dependent on what happens in the ITC Markman ruling, and how Judge Grewal rules on the various motions brought before him.

This is the story of PTSC we are fully dependent on the USPTO then we are fully dependent on the second Markman then on the third Markman partial now on the Fourth Markman. Apparently we keep winning the game and they just add time to the clock. What is the next event after this that we will be dependent on. Where are the licenses? The infringer community as a whole must know something that we don't. Is there an elephant in the room?
