Lastly, it is also possible the T2 were referrencing a motion they later withdrew. I can't remember exactly, but I thought the T2 motioned for reconsideration of certain terms during the claim construction and then withdrew the motion. Speculative at best ... so I motion to withdraw the intent of these posts. Leave them up though, just ignore them :)
