ron, again, i accept you view. however mine is based on variations of human beeings, not based on different logical positions only or what you consider as common sense. to me logic and common sense is just a small part of human. this i explained lots of times in the past.

therefore humans are different, like i am different to you. thats all what it is, some are more and some are less risky.

you may consider that a specific risk level has to be with a ceo. i do agree there, since entrepreneurship and leadership is based on a specific portion of taking risks.

so, in case the product development of the mmp is finished, after having achieved a final ruling, well, mr. flowers may not be the ceo that ptsc needs, but, yet we do not know what the business plan will then be, and only then (after ruling, t2 and or itc).

may be ptsc will just collect and pay incomming funds to shareholders. if that is the case, well i doubt, that ptsc needs a top 100 corp. ceo. again, just my opinion.

but it all depends on the legal outcome, and this is not depending on the ceo qualities of mr. flowers. if you call this "blind support", well, fine, i accept various human views, and agree to disagree.
