Probably making a bigger deal of it than it will prove out, but I'm interested to see what filings TPL will make that were originally requested to be sealed by TPL on Acer's behalf. Or perhaps, Acer will decide to settle tomorrow or Friday if it was important enough to them to keep thesw on the DL. Who knows!
