Besides changing the meeting to the Fall or having the meeting in someplace like Chicago in the middle of a snow storm durning the Holidays the BOD could have decided to have the meeting via webcast or some other digital video format. We now see the BOD has decided on a live meeting when the weather should be sunny and pleasant.

As for history telling us a thing or two, who would have thought a first resignation of the Pope after 600 years was likely?

And from last years meeting I can tell you there were several pleasantly shocked expressions that the likes of DL was present at the SHM ( of course there were several scowling expressions upon seeing his physiognomy ! )

I do not know exactly what will transpire at the coming physically located SHM, but I have strong reasons to have hope.

(And though the "world" is surprised or shocked by the Pope's resignation a few of us already knew about it a year ago! I guess one could say that history tells us that if you really want to know what is happening or going to happen ask the servants and housekeepers. Then again they may even divulge without asking, LOL. IMO, someone(s) [servant or not] knows pretty much just what is going to happen at the SHM. )

And what's with the photo ID? I believe that is a first for PTSC, talk about making history !
