SHM - latest possible date

It seems the company is deferring the SHM to the latest possible moment in anticipation of potential results from either litigation developments or settlement negotiations.

I'm quite sure (though I have NO proof of it) they want to present something positive to shareholders THIS YEAR...lol...I know, I know, same story since 2007.
