Re discovery deadlines, the last discovery deadline per the 12/21/12 pacer order updating schedule dates from the original september scheduling pacer order is 4/1/13. Might we see an MSJ after all discovery dates have concluded? Maybe sometime in late April or May? The updated schedule was due to the claim construction issues being "final" so the schedule clock could start after claim construction is decided. Trial is slated for 6/24/13. To anyone: When is the ITC trial date set for?
