We know there was a settlement with Barco. What would you have them say about it?
It is my understanding that the USITC Investigative Staff made a recommendation that a Markman is unnecessary, however I do not believe that an official ruling was made on it. Would it be wise to comment on prior Markman results before the USITC decides this issue?
