Can the current summary judgement motion decide infringement for us? Or will it be motion for summary judgment denied and the case goes to trial? I am not sure but I think they made the motion for summary judgment for non infringment so if we win it is not dispositive on infringement just that we need to go to trial to prove it. Did we make a motion for summary judgment on infringement as well? Maybe Ron can answer that?
