How about having management manage their shareholders' expectations. Otherwise, all we get is silence and random speculation. The average shareholder has been burned. What do you expect? Everything is great just like it was with the J3? And the reexams? And the next hurdle? How about telling us when they reasonably expect significant resolution in the courts? These aren't top secret issues. They can be annonced in one general PR to give shareholders ballpark figures based on varying scenarios to base their future investment. Pretty simple stuff ...
