Obviously, Dan Leckrone has spent the good part of the last 6 years figuring out ways to secure for himself as much of the MMP revenues as possible, despite any legal ramifications or partner agreements he may have. His sense of fiduciary responsibility seems isloated to applying only to the man he sees in the mirror.

Based on the past 10-K reports and as confirmed by the recent 10-K, he seems to have rubbed off on you and your cohorts on the BOD. Despite a pps that continues to lag, and a corporate communications strategy that would make Helen Keller seem like a Chatty Kathy, you and they have seen fit to take maximum allowable amounts from the corporate treasury for yourselves, and invest nothing into the company that you steward despite performance that would be embarassing to most self-respecting business folks.

As Leckrone has essentially left Moore out in the cold by agreeing to one thing and instead doing another and hoarding as much for himself and giving as little to Moore as he can humanely get away with, you and the others continue to take all you can get away with and provide as little that would benefit the shareholders to whom you have a fiduciary, not to mention, professional responsibility.

Where is your sense of leadership? Where is your sense of responsibility? Do you feel beholden ONLY to Gloria and Carlton and Mr. Swartz? Are you not embarassed that you have no vested interest in the company that you steward? Do you feel no obligation to shareholders to do as much as you can for them and the company instead of as little as you can get away with?

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. You and the BOD's thwarting of the will of a weak shareholder base as you have allows you to enjoy your "throne". It's a shame that your consciences don't require more from each of you you.
