If you take what was relayed regarding what DL said about Apple (albiet second hand), it moves from "wild speculation" into the possible. You view how you like..and I will view as I like. I never indicated that the theory was a "slam dunk"..but could be a distant three pointer. The Apple license appears to have been done some time ago (and the above DL statement). As such, the statement about present events is like predicting the present (easy to do if you know how the events will unfold).
