Hanging your hat on Apple providing a tiny cash strapped (at least for legal efforts) company some other compensatory means is like thinking the J3 are going to pay more based on a contingency clause in the J3 licenses. Been there, done that. Show us $s via a public settlement or dividends. I don't care which but to continue to say Apple has some contingency with us to counter Samsung is impossible to prove and wild speculation. I am positive if Samsung vilunteered 15 million today for a licenses to TPL, TPL would take the money. Very simple equation: Why would Apple care to help TPL if TPL would accept a "tiny" fee from Samsung in the first place? Apple just won 1 billion. Who cares about even 30 million. It doesn't pass the smell test and there needs to be proof outside of a license. We don't need to go down the path of disprooving random speculation as it is random and wild to begin with.
