Yes, thank you. So it looks as if Agility is in it for TPL which may or may not be on a contingency basis. However, Hoge is still representing Patriot and again, I have no knowledge of the fee arrangement between Patriot and Hoge on this one.

Also, it shows TPL's address as 20883 Stevens Creek Blvd., Ste. 100, Cupertino...not sure what Amazon was referring to in its comment I posted earlier about TPL's "principal place of business."
