Do you know or does anyone know the outcome of the settlement between Cupertino City Center Bldg vs TPL? I know there was a settlement in May, however, there is an entry that states :
dismissal hearing from 5-31-12 is continued to 6-19-14 granted by judge.
1-10-CV-186192 the status of this case which was filed on 10-28-10 remains open.
There is also an entry for a previous case filed 5-24-10 (1-10-CV-172773) disposed 11-18-2010
