It is possible to infringe on at least two of he 336 claims with the Markman ruling thus far. I suspect some of the logic for choosing the 13 was the ease of proving they infringe on at least those two claims. The court construed those claims not to be restricted to "ring oscillator" and they involve the duel clock set up. The duel clock set up has to be relatively easy to prove compared to most of the other claims in the 336 and other patents.
