Also, while I doubt there's been any final resolution to the outstanding '336 issue as far as the Markman goes, I find it interesting that our side would posture so strongly about the results so far.

kinda blows a hole in the argument of all who defended the BOD for not following the Markman Ruling with a strongly worded PR... like that following the ETex Markman
