Really? I have long assumed that such knowledge was circumstantial as only an outright admission of such activity by the accused would allow one to know for sure (excepting perhaps an investigation by an independent entity which provides definitive proof that is beyond doubt or question. Even in court, cases judges and juries can get it wrong on occasion)

I do not know if the K's make definitive statements or not, but you mentioned them so I assume that your reading has led you to this conclusion.

This post is not posed as a defense of anyone nor an affront to you as you seem by your posts to be a intelligent and reasonable individual, it is just a concern that anger and frustration can cause even rational individuals to make judgment calls that may or may not be true. We have courts of law which adjudicate such matters (acknowledging again their fallibility)

FWIW The frustration is shared but I do my best to keep my anger in check. I found, in times now fortunately long past, that the first victim of my anger was normally myself.
