I've posted this opinion/speculation before but I believe the litigation brought by PTSC against TPL/Leckerone was purely a cya situation... We all knew Leckerone was diverting MMP license monies.. it was obvious and was shouted about on this forum repeatedly... Once it basically became public knowledge thru Ks, Qs & court docs the BoD was forced to do something or it would have been a monumental breech of their fiduciary responsibility.. So a suit is filed.. My further speculation is that Leckerone threatened to uncover PTSC skeletons and to not only take his ball home but to pop it douse it and burn it.. so no licensing entity could ever play with it again.. or at least not for yrs... So the suit is settled..
