There is a school of thought that although we may have "won" the Markman, nothing is truly won yet, and therefore there is nothing to report. You even state in one of your posts that some opinions state we won, some state we lost, and some are in between. So since there seems to be no concrete conclusion that can be come to at this point, what's to be said? Another poster has already pretty much stated the same thing. Yet his post doesn't "count". Only the posts crying for a ptsc pr and admonishing the BOD "count".

I beleive ptsc will inform it's shareholders at the proper time. Since they have more info than you, I believe they have a better handle on when the proper time should be.
