In your view, exactly who IS responsible for informing shareholders and prospective investors that the potentially game changing Markman Ruling was issued?

Is it BaNosser? Wolfpack? Ron? Ease? Is it their duty to post the ruling on a free public website the day or hour it happens? Is there a certain time frame within which they're required to do so? Is it then yours and other ungrateful posters duty to then excoriate them if there is what they perceive as a "date-gate", lol?
