I have kept my stock in certificate form in a safe deposit box.

Now that there seems to be imminent activity, I'm trying to re-deposit it so I can eventually trade.

My broker, Schwab will not accept a penny stock, even though they gave it to me a couple of years ago.

I have called numerous brokerages close to me here in Florida..none of them will take a penny stock to open a new account.

Any ideas???
