To clarify - some/many Shareholders are "resigned" because the BOD hasn't.

The most recent SHAM proved pretty much (IMHO) that the BOD is unanimous in its intent to ignore all and any shareholder concerns, suggestions and attempts to better run the company. Evidence is their refusal, and their attitude and manner in so doing, to adopt or even apparently take into consideration Proposals presented by Shareholders.

So all that is left is to hope TPL is so amazing successful that the flow of revenues overwhelms the BOD's proven ability to fritter away millions of dollars.

My primary concern right now is that TPL's current focus on filing against alleged infringers of their own patent portfolio could be detracting from their efforts to essentially do the same for MMP - i.e. put alleged infringers on formal, legal, notice. Maybe they are truly awaiting the Markman and have all the docs ready to file. One can only hope...
