I have learned some very important lessons over the past year or so. If you want to know whether the coffee is good or bad don't start off by accusing someone of spending too much money on the coffee. Or maybe you have heard this one: you can get more bees with honey than vinegar.
For a very long time I was bitter, angry and extremely upset with the performance of the current/past BoD and rightly so. I have been very vocal about my feelings on this forum. One day, not too long ago, my wise husband sat me down and said you can continue worrying about what the BoD did or didn't do and continue to blame them for our failed investment or you can move on with life knowing that even if we lost everything there is still much to be grateful for.
I chose happiness and decided that I would make nice when writing to investor relations. I believe my change in attitude is reflected in the fact that every now and then I do get a response to my questions. This doesn't excuse them for not having done a better job, it just allows me to tolerate it better.
Good luck to all of us
