I'm following you so far. While what you say is true, I do not believe it clears up anything. The question that needs resolution is the date the pacer was in fact released and the date the pacer was posted on Agora. The answer to that question would indeed resolve the matter. I've read your explanation more than once and it apparently fails to address the most important point.

I do not have direct knowledge of what the dissemination date is, but I heard it was Feb 4th. If that is fact, then there was a twofold discrepancy. First the accidental dropping of the date signed by the judge which I believe was Feb 4th and a 20 day delay in posting the pacer on Agora. Corrections welcomed.

I hope we can clarify what the undisputable facts are, let people decide whatever they want based on those facts and not bring the subject up again.
