Hope it comes soon but in the meantime, can someone help me with a couple items for reading and understanding court documents is definitely not my forte.

1) I recall each party per Judge Ware selecting 10 ICs for the Markman hearing. How does that work? Can both parties be successful or are the ICs submitted generally referencing the same claims? If so, what are the possible outcomes going forward? They win/lose some and same for us and to what affect besides the obvious winner take all?

2) Do TPL and PTSC get the results well in advance of us hearing(days) or just hours?

I certainly hope we are successful on any number of them (obviously all would be best), thereby driving higher infringement fees and future licenses.
