I have no clue what will happen with the TPL litigation but all I want today is a positive Markman and a price jump so I can finally get out with a profit.

However, if TPL does lose to Moore and the MA/ComAg is terminated, I am more than a little concerned that our PTSC BOD can take over to make money through licensing. This is why I would be most happy with positive Markman more than anything else.

A negative, well, that would suck.
