I recently received a reply from investor relations regarding my question about how DL's litigation might effect PTSC.

I was told that "while they are potentially important issues, they cannot be discussed publically." "While we've taken steps to understand our options under different scenarios, we first have to let these actions run their course."

Could Brown, Marcoux and/or Moore force DL into bankruptcy by virtue of winning their cases? Could settlement also be cause for insolvency? I guess time will tell. It is my understanding that insolvency is reason to terminate the MA/ComAg. As usual corrections are always welcome. Go PTSC!!!! I believe that Cliff, Gloria and Carl may now be closer to sitting in the driver's seat. We shall see.
